Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of WeeklyFeedback, a SaaS service that collects weekly replies from team members (over Telegram or email) and generates a narrative report using AI for the team's lead.
2. Service provider
WeeklyFeedback is provided by Javier Abad, as a sole trader (autónomo), tax ID 545563340r, registered address at c/ Uria nº8 2ºa, 33202, Oviedo, Spain. Contact: contact@weeklyfeedback.com.
3. Account and access
Accessing the dashboard requires registering with an email and password. The account holder is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for activity under their account. Team members who reply over Telegram or email don't create an account and have no access to the dashboard.
4. Plans, pricing and billing
Current prices (Team plan €49/mo, Organization plan €149/mo, excluding VAT) are shown on the pricing page. The subscription is managed through Stripe, includes a 30-day free trial with a card on file from signup, and renews automatically each month unless canceled. There's no lock-in: you can cancel anytime from your dashboard, effective at the end of the period already paid for.
5. Use of the service
You agree to use the service lawfully, to only enter data you have the right to process, and not to use the service for purposes other than legitimately managing your own work team.
6. Intellectual property
The software, the WeeklyFeedback brand and site materials belong to the provider. Data you enter (team replies, company context) remains yours.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The provider is not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Data protection
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the applicable courts under consumer-protection rules.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated; material changes will be communicated to active users by email.
