The weekly summary, step by step
Nothing to install, no new account for your team to create. Here's the full cycle, start to finish.
1. Set up your team
You create your account, set up one or more teams, and add each person with their email or WhatsApp. No one on the team needs to sign up or install anything β being on the list is enough to get the weekly reminder. You choose the day and time it's sent, and the language of the questions.
2. Three questions, every week
On the day you pick, each person gets three short questions over email or WhatsApp. They can reply right there, from the email or straight in the chat, with no dashboard to log into and no password to remember.
1οΈβ£ What did you do this week?
2οΈβ£ What will you do next week?
3οΈβ£ Anything blocked, or that you need from someone?
Email or WhatsApp: you choose the channel when you add each person.
3. AI writes the report β nothing invented
As soon as the team replies, an AI model turns those loose answers into a narrative report you can read in one go. If someone answers short or vague, that part of the report stays short too β honest and brief beats invented filler. It also checks the team's last few reports to flag when a blocker keeps coming back week after week.
4. It lands as a PDF, branded
The report is delivered as a PDF attachment by email to whoever you choose β the team lead, leadership, whoever needs it. It's also saved in your dashboard, with the full history of every week and who answered and who didn't.
5. Several teams, one executive summary
If your company has several teams (Organization or Custom plan), each one still gets its own weekly report β and you can also turn on an executive summary that pulls together what matters from all of them: a short paragraph per team, blockers that cross several teams, and the 2-3 most urgent things that week. It goes to whoever leads the company, without anyone losing their own report.
You can also turn on an anonymous monthly survey with up to 5 questions of your own β answers aren't stored linked to who sent them, not even at the database level, so feedback stays honest.
Your data, in the EU
Everything is stored in Supabase with European servers. Never shared or sold to anyone. Cancel anytime from your dashboard β no cancellation call, no fine print.
Frequently asked questions
No. They get the question over email or WhatsApp, reply from there, done. The only account that exists is yours, to manage teams and see the reports.
The report is still generated from whoever did reply, and the dashboard clearly shows who was left without an answer that week.
The three weekly check-in questions are fixed β designed to get a short, useful answer with no friction. The anonymous monthly survey (Organization/Custom plan) is the one you write yourself, up to 5 questions.
You create one team per department, each with its own schedule and its own report. With the Organization or Custom plan you can also turn on the executive summary that pulls them all together.
